This island situated near to southern border of Gujarat
state and hold some very significant historical importance
as from 14th to 16th centaury this small island of about
21 kms of costal length was among the country's best sea
port and naval base beside being the trading center.
Land is with many historical monuments, golden beaches,
dense palm - groves, exotic liquors and many virgin spots
on the seashore are making travelers paradise to these
twin islands specially for those who are pursuing for
peace and solitary of nature. Sun set here is so unique
that place is famous as the city of sun set.
