Kashmir valley is considered as the
Heaven on the earth and Srinagar with most amazing and
picturesque Lakes, Rivers, Hills, Mountains, Monuments,
Gardens with rich variation of flora fauna is most
precious place of this Heaven. Historically place was
residence of Yakshas and Pisacas tribes, Masharishi
Kashyap drained out the water and made it habitable.
Splendid beauty of the valley is well described by
Mahakavi Kalidas in his famous creation "Meghdoot". |
